New info on my server

my new server file settings i setup ftp and shared my cod 4 folder but still not working heres my settings:

What's The Problem then?

Can't debug without info.

The problem is when pepole join the server it says Downlaod failiure getting [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] blah blah
and it is realy annoying me i realy want my own server because im a good admin and need a server for Vsauce

I suggest setting your FTP IP To Localhost.

Like This: set sv_wwwBaseURL "localhost"

Read Below Post By Me, I was incorrect.

Make sure your basepath looks like this in FTP:

mods-modname-modfiles
usermaps-mapname-usermapfiles

And Of Course, Have It As Exact Same Files and Format

Make a redirect.

Yes, I suggested that too^^
Instead of writing [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] write just "localhost" that's it, don't confuse it with anything, ur server's downloads will definitely work. When I setup a practise private promod server, I too have the se settings like this and people are able to download my mod.

Actually, I am completly wrong.

Do NOT set sv_wwwBaseURL "localhost"

Instead Go To: whatsmyip.org

And Copy and Paste Your IP Into sv_wwwBaseURL

Remake cfg, or download an already made cfg and don't touch the downloads part, then try.

The problem is he is making people connect via cod4 to a FTP link with a username and pass, and no1 noticed this?

He Doesn't even have a FTP Installed On His Computer...
