Even reinstalled radiant + update.
Really don't know whats going on with it.

Now when you attempt to place a model in your map you will be presented with an error message saying it can't find a shader and Radiant will crash. To resolve this do this:

1) Create a folder in the \Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\raw\ directory and name this folder raw
2) Into this folder copy the \Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\raw\shader_bin folder

Now for the bad news, this bug is present in the prefabs as well and if you want to use them, you need to perform similar steps to the above:

1) Create a folder in the \Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\map_source\prefabs\ directory and name this folder raw
2) Into this folder copy the \Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\raw\shader_bin folder
