Apply: Votes

me and paradise decided that only mod+ can vote, so you will need 5 positive yes votes, for people that have 5 positive votes already from members, we will decide if you are in the clan or not

Well, I don't really think it'll work out, I mean you and paradise has the right idea ofc, to limit the voters and stuff but obviously theres going to be some problems. If we go like this our voters will be Dobbin,Me,Paradise,Wingzor,Tilak,Yangzor,DJ +Sentinal. Look now,Dobbin,Paradise,Wingzor,Dj,Sentinal all in european timezones. That leaves tilak and yangzor(not sure about yangs time)+Me for other times. So i guess if the person who applies isn't in that certain timezone, I'm pretty sure the person wouldn't stand a chance in his apply. Now how about we take a loook at thomastais apply? Most of the people havent seen him in the server, now in that timezone two and i have seen him only.
Well you know, what i'm basically saying that we need is a wide array of voters :3.

I'm from Poland, so my time-zone is like other ppl from Europe

Well then here look now, Only tilak and me are from different timezones dude. I guess we need a wider array of voters..

1 week of voting is what i go for. :3 Anyways, Lookat that point though. Only 2 voters are in non european timezones... I'm guessing alot of the people around 9hours from now might not been seen from the european timezone voters..

Thats true, I don't want to point fingers and say names, but some of our moderators have been quite inactives on servers. But primary concerns state at say all but two of our recruiters are in europe timezones.

no issue we can expand our voters by increasing our voters by ranking up some players, and most of our players are in the european timezone. besides i play in the morning and evening so there should be no problem at all about it.

no need to re-apply cuz we can always look at the apply and judge it by looking at the votes and the person...

@Ninja i am just 1 hour behind the European timezone so i see everyone on the server, dont know about you i am fine with what Para and Dobbin have decided.

Well dobbin and paradise obviously got the right idea of course, To limit the votes for a application thus making it faster etc benefits. Paradise also mentioned upgrading a few members, thats a good idea too but for my primary concerns there are a few rifts in it.

For example, there is a time period from about 13 hours from now, where I play @t which has Me, Dobbin (Poor chap never sleeps :3) and two (Unfortunately he's still thinking bout rejoining and stuff) My concern is that without diffs zones, we'll miss out great potential players that might thrive and make a difference in our clan.

So, I'm assuming ,6 votes yes|1 vote no, is equivalent to 5 Positive Votes?

Looks good, but only 7 people can vote then and that s a small amount of people.

I've got ppl voting no without a reason and not knowing who they are will their votes still count? If they don't have a reason??
