7sR Codjumper?

I've been getting asked about this quite often and I believe wingzor has the old nova cj mod which had a good amount of features in it (including vip). So I'll put the poll here and you all can voice your opinions whether you want CJ or not. Since both our custom rotu and the yolo mod are still in development and frankly there aren't that many mods around to host a server for, CoDjumper seems like a decent mod. While I myself rage whenever playing it, it's quite an addicting mod and I know plenty in the community who enjoy it.

When we do have a zombies/yolo or whatever I believe we'd still have room for this server as well so what do you all think?

Start a cj server or not?

I value everyone's opinion, some more than others, but still it's nice to see the viewpoints so if you have an opinion on this, feel strongly, or whatever make a post.

I think 7'sR needs a CJ server, we have great players and awesome pro's. I vote yes ^^

Having a cj server will give us room for practise and improve our skills. A good CJ player is mostly a very good deathrun player!

If its finally decided, please be sure to have
Antiblock, map voting system, no smoke when using rpg. I dunno about the Nova CJ mod, hopefully it might be good.


I am able to play on only one cj server i.e. 4GF.CZ and it sucks, no antiblock so everybody gets stuck on one jump and block each others' jumps; server gets lag spikes.

Call of duty 4 v1.7a by IceOps Ninja is installed on our entire dedibox.

Any server we host will use this version of call of duty 4 unless we want otherwise.

This version of call of duty has the noncollide player antiblock you are speaking of.

I've tried it and think it's stupid...

It's not father btw it's higher but has the same purpose to make you jump farther.

Most maps are not made for oldschool so i'd assume we'd do normal mode.


Of course this is not my place to decide really seeing how I don't play cj and probably wont even if we have a server.

I'm a fan of codjumper so I voted yes . The nova cj mod was pretty good, there's just a few tweaks that could be made to make it much better, which I'll bring up if it's needed. If one is made, no old school please. It ruins your jumping skills in normal modes.

ive got the nova cj mod.(since ive made it )

already send it to darmuh so we can have a look once we agree on setting up a cj server

did setup some stuff so i can work on it.

once its completed or public functional it will be available for all of you

basics + testserver is up

atm busy with getting the vip shit in the mod

things to do:

adding gravity gun to the menu + create a hud for it
add the codjumper scripts for graphics to the menu
remove the default menu
fine tune the current hud
redesign the logos etc(atm it contains the old ones i made for nova)

anything else you would like to see ?

ps: current setting is normal(NO oldschool)

no need, ive got the dr menu into cj now.

will add vip and regular menu commands asap.

as the list above i will add and remove those shit.
