we need to be able to presteige as some of you may know im level 30 and im quite sick of not being able to level up so i dont want to be reset i want presteiges and new embelms Very Happy

Nope! I still yet to have an idea of a map. All the ones i've done i've scrapt. I will eventually get some maps done Very Happy

also maps time consuming but i have all day tommorow to work on something

when nova moved to 1.2 that had a presteige option and whats the point in using vxp if im already level 30 max exp bar

Nova didn't have prestige option. It's not been released yet.

Braxi has told me that our server will beta test 1.3 among others so just be patient and ready for 1.3 to come.

Wingzor and I could try and script prestige ourselves but by the time we were done 1.3 would already be out.

wouldn't be possible of you got the rank souce files for deathrun which would look something like this but a bit less files.

we can make players able to use a certain command at level 30 then we save the guid in the cfg under prestiges. each player which got prestige will be greeted + gets custom prestige emblem lawl(reset him/her so they can go for prestige 2 Very Happy

)

You'd have to save all the players ranks server side if you want to give a certain command at level 30 Surprised

already made this a while ago, got it somewhere on my laptop iguess. ( just before nova died if made it Very Happy

you dont need the source for prestige but it would be alot easier and controlable Razz

I don't get how you'd compile prestiges to the "mod" without having the mod source files?

@xenon, they don't have 1.2 source files, they're working from 1.1 files

asked duffman about writing new lines without b3 or such

the main idea:

setup a command to enable prestige(useable at level 30, use backlot level check script)
once you can press it write the players guid to an array( possible since we use the rescripted engine from ninja, got the methods saved @my pc Razz

)
once they are in the prestige array, just reset there ranks and setup a system like we got for vip players.. ? prestige headtag and rankpicture( easy to replace non used picture and use them for this purpose)

iknow its not the same as in a menu and ranktable but who cares Razz

prestige is prestige tho ^^
