Admin abuse

As a regular server visitor I feel you guys are not in control of your admins, especially at such an early stage. You have an open application for admins and I feel the quality of being an admin is not the same as on other servers where you will get invited for such a function within the clan for obvious reasons.

This post is just because I'm fed up with it, admins are warning me for no reason at all. Of course those are warnings and no kicks/bans but I feel there's no (valid) reason.

I have contacted Darmuh on xfire today and he said there would be taken care of. Let's hope it's not an issue anymore in the future.

Even though I haven't been warned for stupid reasons, I have to agree with Koala. Not just because we're both from FK.

I have seen numerous of warnings against Koala and other players for no real reasons, just "admins" being a little overreacting over nothing.

I know Koala isn't a saint and I'm sure he deserved one or two warnings but today he received many warnings for bad reasons. I will not name anyone.

As to letting members apply to being an admin, sounds like it's the wrong way around. This is merely a suggestion, not trying to force any changes. But if someone feels right about a member being admin, I think you should approach him and put him on a trial for it. That's how we pretty much do it at FK and luckily there are no admins abusing. Something I cannot say of 7th sense.

These are just statements in order to possibly help you improve your servers since we like them so much.

These are just two (really recent) examples.

First picture; Read the chat. Respect was a rule right?
Second pictue; Bos bugged the elevator at Skypillar. He tried it another time several rounds later.

This guy is on your team, playing on your server, and able to warn other people for the most ridiculous reasons but faces no punishment for doing something way worse?

EDIT: As in the second picture it might not be appealing for you that he was glitching the elevator, as I was recording a demo for this exact reason I do have demo proof if needed.

ye this is bs ....... members should not have admin commands or any commands infact -.- i dont like this idea wing we need to keep admin commands to a minimum or like 3 or 4 people man ... trust me when i say this, things will get out of hand if not <3

I've said in the past members shouldn't get these commands as it would get abuse, I've also said that people shouldn't apply to become admin, they should have to EARN it... earning = better trusted admins...

Or we should sort out the admin groups, there like 5 people in staff, but not all of you have the same power? :C

Well here is my opinion warn kick and ban aren't admin cmd, and I think they should be for all members, and the members who use them wrong or abuse should be kicked

Boss is not an admin, therefore this is not admin abuse. All team members are given the warn cmd which they use to moderate the servers. As I said in response to your xfire, we are dealing with the situation. Going around that response and creating a topic here was in my opinion a foolish thing to do. I said it would be dealt with, and it will be.
